Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam - All seven Victoria Hotels and Resorts in Vietnam and Laos have been awarded 2015 Awards of Excellence by online booking portal Booking.com.
The Award of Excellence is given out by Booking.com to properties annually, in honor of their achievements over the past year as measured by their overall guest review score. To receive an award, partners of Booking.com must have an average review score of 8 or higher, based on at least 10 guest reviews.

All seven Victoria properties qualified for the award thanks to high customer satisfaction ratings. Out of a possible score of 10, Victoria properties averaged an impressive 8.8 with the boutique Victoria Nui Sam, just outside of Chau Doc, topping the ratings at 9.2, closely followed by Victoria Hoi An Beach Resort & Spa at 9.1:
In addition, three other properties managed by TMGH, the parent company of Victoria Hotels & Resorts, also received the Award of Excellence:
